Due to the intimate nature of the items offered and to ensure your safety and well-being, Lilith Érotique does not accept returns or exchanges on toys or products purchased, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
You have 30 calendar days from the date of the transaction to return or exchange an eligible item.
Certain lingerie pieces may be eligible for a size exchange, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
The item is a panty, thong, babydoll, or bodysuit with its protective adhesive film intact and in place, if such protection applies to the model.
The item must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
It must be in perfect condition, free of any odor, stain, or alteration — with tags, shape, and cleanliness intact.
Any item not meeting these conditions will be refused.

FINAL SALE
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
Stockings and hosiery (including self-supporting stockings, garters, and garter belts)
Panties, thongs, and bodysuits without protective adhesive film due to their model or design.
Intimate accessories such as masks, cuffs, body jewelry, vibrators, massagers, and erotic toys.
Intimate cosmetics such as creams, gels, massage oils, or lubricants.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
In the event of a shipping error or defective product, a free return label will be provided by Lilith Lingerie.
In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUND
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
